Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Downloadable software or digital products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers & accsosaries)

Personalized/customized items
How to Return

Email us at cityplazabd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at cityplazabd@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
