Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with City plazabd! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days  from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers & accsosaries)

  • Personalized/customized items

How to Return

  1. Email us at cityplazabd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Exchanges
